The Tote Express offers the organization and "work station" design of stationary storage in a mobile design. The top unit has an outside front webbing strap that holds the top flap open for "display" and access of supplies. It contains 26 individual loops in the top flap for markers, pens and supplies. The large interior back pouch, with protective flap, holds up to 12" x 12" papers, books and projects. The interior adjustable strap securely holds supplies and books. The top unit also has interior stitched side pockets. Side buckles are what connects the top and bottom units for stability and security in transport. The shoulder strap, with shoulder pad, lets you easily transport the top unit separately. The bottom unit has a locking two-stage handle and the unit's sturdy double-skate wheels provide smooth transport. The side handles provide additional support when lifting.
