General Shipping Information
Orders are processed at 9am central time Monday thru Friday.
Packages are shipped in 1-2 working days. During our peak seasons, packages may take 3-4 business days to ship. Once shipped, please allow 3-7 business days for Standard Delivery. For faster service, select our Priority Delivery (3-7 business days), Next day (1 day) or 2nd Day (2 days) service (additional ship charges do apply). Special orders and special parts orders are subject to shipping fees. NOTE for order placed after 9am central time: If your order requires same day shipping please call us at 877.536.7739 to make sure your order is shipped the method you need for the delivery time required.
If your billing address and shipping address are different this can delay your order as we are required to call to check and verify your information before your order can ship. For faster service please have your billing address and shipping address the same.

Applies to each “Ship To” delivery address within the lower 48 USA. Some large items cannot ship to a PO box. Please do include your physical address on your order in the event we have to change shipping carriers.
International Shipping Rates & Information
All packages are shipped via US Postal Service, Air Mail or best way. ACTUAL shipping rates will be charged. Actual rates are based on the weight and/or size of the package. You will NOT see the shipping rates as you are checking out on our site. The rate is determined when the package ships. Some countries have a size restriction, please be aware of your counties limitations before ordering. Customer is responsible for all applicable government taxes, duties, custom fees and/or broker fees.
Back ordered items can be cancelled unless delivery is expected in a day or two. We may hold your order, pending delivery of back ordered items, in an attempt to ship as much merchandise as possible.
Items with SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS will be cancelled from your order. This also applies to any electrical items such as irons. Janome items cannot be shipped outside the United States.
Taxes, duties, shipping and any fees apply. No exceptions. Any order shipped outside the United States is subject to these fees. These are charged to you by the carrier and not Ken's Sewing Center. Any order returned to Ken's Sewing Center will have these fees taken out of your refund as these are non-refundable.
Janome items cannot be shipped outside the United States.
Ken's Sewing Center makes every attempt to package merchandise for optimum protection. However, if your country is uninsurable by the US Postal Service (see below), Ken's Sewing Center will not be responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items; Ken's Sewing Center will not refund money or replace merchandise at no charge if you live in any of these countries.
When you place an online order, you automatically accept the responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged merchandise shipped by Ken's Sewing Center.

Why do some items have Shipping Restrictions?
Some items have shipping restrictions attached to them. These items cannot ship via Express Delivery (Next/2nd Day Air), nor can they ship outside the contiguous USA. This may be due to their size, weight or content such as aerosol, flammable, combustible products, with the latter having strict shipping regulations attached.
When can I expect to receive my order?
Most packages will ship from our warehouse in 1-2 working days from the day an order is received. Once shipped, please allow 3-7 days for delivery. Exceptions are: special order items, drop ship items. Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air orders must be received by 11:30 a.m. CT for the order to ship the same day. If received after 11:30 a.m., the order will likely ship the following day. Saturday delivery not available. NOTE for order placed after 9am central time: If your order requires same day shipping please call us at 877.536.7739 to make sure your order is shipped the method you need for the delivery time required.
What is Ken's Sewing Center return and exchange policy?
Please return any unwanted or damaged merchandise within 30 days.
If, for any reason, a product does not meet your expectations,

Can computer software, hardware and memory cards be returned?
Once you open a software, hardware or memory card package it is non-returnable. We will gladly exchange any defective merchandise for the same item within 30 days of purchase. Be sure to double-check all information on the package before you open it. If you are still unsure, contact us at 1-877-536-7739 M-F 8 a.m.-5 p.m. CT.
Can drop ship items be returned?
Yes they can. Please contact Customer Service within 90 days from date of purchase to learn how by calling 1-877-536-7739, Monday - Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m. CT.
