 Customer returns are items that have been sold to a customer and they were returned within out 30 day return period.  Ken's technicians inspect items, test and make sure there are no problems with the item.  All our customer returns have a warranty thru our store.  We have to sell the item at a discount since they have been opened.  Coupon codes do not apply to customer returns.
