Warranty

General
This Warranty applies to products purchased in the United States or Canada (including the Province of Quebec). All charges incurred in delivery of items for performance of warranty service and in returning items after warranty service has been
completed must be paid by you. This warranty is not for industrial use and does not cover conditions unrelated to the material or workmanship of the product. Such unrelated conditions include, but are not limited to: (a) damage caused by current or
voltage other than that stamped on the name plate of the product; (b) damage resulting from the failure to provide normal maintenance; (c) failure to follow instruction for use of the product as stated in the owner's manual; (d) any accident to, or
misuse of, any part of the product; (e) any defects or damage caused by service or alteration by anyone other than SVP Worldwide or an authorized SINGER® Service Center; (f) sewing materials that may be corrosive to metal or finish; (g) normal wear
and tear; and (h) negligence.

Full Metal Frame Lifetime Warranty
The interior metal product frame is fully warranted to be free from manufacturing defects for the lifetime of the product beginning on the date of purchase (or if purchased in California, then from the date of delivery). If any manufacturing defect
appears in the interior metal product frame during the lifetime of the product, we will provide free replacement parts and labor, but at your cost for shipping.

Limited Warranties

These Limited Warranties are made only to the first purchaser (the "Original Purchaser") who acquires this product for his or her own personal/domestic use from SVP Worldwide or an authorized SINGER® Dealer, unless otherwise prohibited by law
(which may include the Province of Quebec), because SVP Worldwide cannot control the quality of products sold by unauthorized dealers. SVP Worldwide reserves the right to reject warranty claims for products purchased from unauthorized dealers, including unauthorized internet sites. These Limited Warranties are non-transferable to any subsequent owners. Service under this warranty may be obtained by returning the product with this warranty document and proof of purchase to the authorized SINGER® Dealer from whom the machine was purchased or to an Authorized SINGER® Service Center. All charges incurred in delivery of items for performance of warranty service and in returning items after warranty service has been completed must be paid by the Original Purchaser.

Limited 1-Year Warranty – Parts and Adjustments
The parts of the pro duct are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase (or if purchased in California, then from the date of delivery). If any manufacturing defect appears in these parts within (1) year from the date of purchase (or if purchased in California, then from the date of delivery), we will repair or replace any part which proves to be defective from workmanship or material without charge to you for parts or labor.
