  The comfort needle threader and the Click & Lift stitch plate make preparing for your next sewing or embroidery project especially easy. With the b59 needle threader, the needle is threaded in just a few simple steps. The stitch plate can be lifted and exchanged at the touch of a button, without the need for a screwdriver.

• Click & Lift Stitch Plate

  The Click & Lift Stitch Plate makes switching between sewing techniques quick and tool-free. With the touch of a button, the stitch plate lifts for easy removal, so there is no need to reach for a screwdriver when changing your setup. This is especially convenient because the bernette B59 includes both a straight stitch plate and a zigzag stitch plate, allowing you to choose the best option for precise straight stitching, piecing, decorative work, and wider stitch patterns. The simple exchange system helps you adapt the machine to each project with less interruption and greater confidence.

• Function Buttons

  Easy-press function buttons place the bernette B59’s most-used controls within comfortable reach, helping you manage each seam without constantly returning to the touchscreen. Start or stop sewing, trim the upper and lower threads, reverse or secure stitches, raise or lower the needle, and adjust sewing or embroidery speed directly from the machine’s control panel. Additional buttons provide quick access to stitch width, stitch length, needle position, the home screen, and other essential settings, making it easier to fine-tune your work as you sew. This intuitive layout keeps adjustments fast and convenient, so you can maintain a smooth rhythm from the first stitch to the final tie-off.

• Upper and Lower Thread Sensors

  Built-in sensors help the bernette B59 keep track of both the upper thread and bobbin thread while you sew or embroider. If either thread breaks or runs out, the machine displays a warning so you can pause, rethread, and continue before the issue affects a larger section of your project. The upper thread indicator and bobbin thread indicator can each be switched on or off through the Monitoring Functions settings, giving you control over how the alerts operate. These helpful sensors reduce guesswork and make it easier to avoid incomplete stitching, missed sections, and unnecessary rework.

  The included Multi-Position Hoop gives you more possibilities for larger embroidery projects. With an embroidery area of up to 120 × 300 mm (4.7“× 11.8“), you can comfortably create longer lettering, borders, and larger motifs.
