Organ Anti-Glue Needles have wonderful non-stick properties, and are particularly suitable for materials that are fixed with spray adhesives, adhesive non-wovens, adhesive Velcro strips, etc. It demonstrably reduces the adhesion of adhesive residues in the thread channel or in the eye region. The service life of this needle is decidedly longer compared to conventional embroidery needles. Thread breakage due to sticky needles is considerably reduced by using this needle. • Favorite Uses: The perfect needle when using sticky, self-adhesive stabilizers, or stitching through fusible webs. It is also helpful to resist the build-up of sizings and other chemical products used commonly in new fabrics and napped fabrics. Thread breakage is considerably reduced.

This proprietary Anti-Glue (also denoted as LP for Lubricant Plating) needle has a special coating which resists the gooey buildup associated with sticky interfacing and basting sprays. This thin coating helps reduce thread breaks associated with sticky buildup.

The LP needle is designed for embroidery and shares the shape and point properties of the embroidery needle style and incorporates the added benefit of a special coating.
